Social Media is big thing, and going to be bigger. Marketing companies say, you want to give presence everywhere. I beg to differ,
You want to give presence where your audience are.
So where is you audience.
For me my audience landscape is like this
www.careercare.info For this blog my Indian audience are in Facebook. Reason because I speak about issues like career development, examination related topics etc. Because I am Indian so I can discuss better in context.

However, when I speak topics like career development my posts are viewed from everywhere.
Needless to say, I am getting 50% traffic from overseas.
www.dkoffice.in: My main traffic comes from United States. Rest of the traffic comes from rest of the world including India.
For any content creator, social media is a lie. I don't know why, perhaps because we can create content all the time. But how many people are out there who can create true content?
Till date I have created more than 20000 pages or even more, part for employers part for my blogs. But I am lagging in promotion because it looks a waste of time for me despite I know reality is otherwise.
However, between all arguments, sending content to everyone is important.
If you are a blogger like me, who believe in creating better content but lagging in social media SOCIAL CHAMP is answer for you.

Excellence vs Perfection

There is huge confusion between excellence and perfection. Both are rewarding but... Perfection has limitations, you can not make anything perfect above 100 marks. This is where either you beat the competition or get beaten. Normally both happens. Excellence is about achieving 100%. You can achieve 100 marks in a given task at that point you may argue that here I achieved full percentage. But analogy says, you have achieved it about the task and not around the task. When you strive to achieve around the task there is no upper limit. For example an student may get 100 out of 100 marks in a given examination does that mean he / she 100 perfect in all those topics around what questions were asked or as that employ that there is no one out there in the world who knows better than the student who have faced an examination. This is why governments take Essay test before selecting you for a given post. In companies awards are given to best employees do you know why? So other employees try ...

Why to hire human copywriter when AI can do the job

Good question, that many many many zombies throw at me when I discuss Copywriting. Of course Copywriting is not for zombies. If you are a person or company who has hired a Copywriter to make money then do not hire. Your goal is survival and not zoom or use change as an opportunity. Your question is pretty similar: why drink water when I have sweetlime tree in the backyard and a juicer in the kitchen. However, if you are a professional, business person, company or someone looking to make a change then a Copywriter is worth hiring. Why? If you are a beginner and truly stuck between thoughts of hiring a writer or going with AI, my suggestion is Go with both. Chose a human to use tools, chose a Copywriter to write and encourage him to use AI in creating copy. AI connects you with libraries worldwide and presents data in certain formats. It cannot add human touch. AI can not differentiate between good and bad, AI does not know who is your audience. A Copywriter can seek help from AI to fetc...

No matter how hard you try, while doing business, you will meet people toxic to you. That one irritating guy could be any, an office colleague, a vendor or supplier or client.
