Children's Day 2025 and Books by NehruJi, The First Prime Minsiter of India

Knowledge is a sharp tool; Pen is a mighty weapon. When both work together creates a Dynamo of Wisdom, a powerhouse, a constant source of energy. Perhaps some of you readers would agree with me, some not, the word 'Chacha' or 'Uncle' largely signifies to the protector, the person who rises above the occasion to take care of you, take care of your needs without personal gain or wants.

The Prime Minister of India, Shri Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru was bestowed with Title Chacha, Chacha of Children and the Chacha of anyone in need, needs of love, needs to gain confidence, needs to get pushed to cover that extra mile to pursue success. Often, Chacha is also used to show respect towards a person.

Children's Day is celebrated every year on 14th November, the birth anniversary of NehruJi. To learn from his wisdom we need to know him, his views and visions. The Internet is full of stories and articles about NehruJi. However, I thought to wish you readers Happy Children's Day 2025 but this slogan would be hollow enough if I won't put some of my views about The Great Leader of India.

My knowledge about NehruJi is not at the surface level even, only thing I know is from school when we celebrated Children's Day and from some books about Pt. JL Nehru. But what might prove a better source than books about PanditJi, so why not books written by him?

Generally, supposed as a festival of young adults, beyond common beliefs, the festival is for everyone who can spread a message of love and peace, who can share a smile. Life is all about partnership, without partnership it should be boring, then there shall happen no competition, you will do everything alone and you will always stand a winner. Imagine going out with your best friend, shake hands with small children, sharing your portion of meal with someone sitting on a street corner, asking change, hiding best handwritten card in your best friend notebook reading something truly lovely, gifting a rose to your parents, playing an indoor game with your siblings, or taking an initiative to clean the seas, would not these acts be ultra satisfying? To join a celebration is a personal choice, to celebrate any day or not is fundamental human rights, cre...
