Often, it's a big question people have in mind, if I have a career in this company?

Yes, you have if it's a top down organization, where you know what is your boss objective, what she want to achieve, where she want to see the company in next quarter or month, where she want to see herself in future. 

Are you valuable to your boss, do boss encourages you to take daring steps, whether she want to help you in achieving your goals, if she is truly open to conversation, if she allows you take decisions. 

Do your boss want to thrive with you? Whether lunches are friendly, if your opinions matter and if your manager give importance to your work life balance.

If you are getting all this and you feel excited in going office, and your responsibilities not ends with office hours, if you help your subordinates in achieving goals, if it's open culture environment, then, 

You have a career in this company where you are working now.

Experiences give Learnings and these comes of Pain

 May be right, may be wrong. But not absolute rubbish. Going for the first time despite knowing perhaps I won't be able to achieve milestones as the support system is scary weak. Somewhere back and deep in the mind the thought was what I will do, then, where I will end up life. Will I succeed, if not then what will I do? Whether I will be able to make both ends meet. How will I face people at home, society, relatives and others? The struggles were endless. If I go back in memory lane I observe I met many people, I made many good friends, I got support from many teachers, I got support from many people supposedly rich in society. I met many employers. Hostgator India and Bigrock are not two different now

    Mergers and acquisitions are common in business world. To do business you need to join hands. Long back Hostgator was not in India, then it spread its wings and come to this geography. Hostgator is a trusted partner you can count on to buy a service or subscription. Its customer support was awesome, just raise one ticket and you are done. That was my experience with Hostgator in past. Bigrock was a separate entity, I seen big rock adverts often but I was a Hostgator customer. It offers affiliate programmes too. But instead of chosing affiliate I recommended my customers always to chose Hostgator.
