Often, it's a big question people have in mind, if I have a career in this company?

Yes, you have if it's a top down organization, where you know what is your boss objective, what she want to achieve, where she want to see the company in next quarter or month, where she want to see herself in future. 

Are you valuable to your boss, do boss encourages you to take daring steps, whether she want to help you in achieving your goals, if she is truly open to conversation, if she allows you take decisions. 

Do your boss want to thrive with you? Whether lunches are friendly, if your opinions matter and if your manager give importance to your work life balance.

If you are getting all this and you feel excited in going office, and your responsibilities not ends with office hours, if you help your subordinates in achieving goals, if it's open culture environment, then, 

You have a career in this company where you are working now.
