If you are not productive this is you and not the surroundings. Sometime surroundings interfere but we can get rid of such things with little efforts. I am a work from home person. Outside noises are obvious when kids play outside. I use that time to go and pick essentials from market, long walk and meeting with common friends. That is just one example. If I can so you can. If your productivity is less see and analyze where your energy is flowing and do the following
1. Get up daily on same time. Go to bed daily on same time.
2. Plan your meal time. Irregular eating habits are big culprit.
3. Exercise daily on schedule.
4. Schedule your work hours.
5. Give time to family.
6. Weekends are for friends.
7. Enjoy lonesomeness. Do not go to amazon instead every now and then say once in a week go alone for couple of minutes and spend time with yourself.
8. Learn something new or read a book
9. Do small tasks more often, polish your shoes, iron your dress etc.
10. Be thankful to others. Say thanks to people who live and work with you.
