1. Get up daily on same time. Go to bed daily on same time.
2. Plan your meal time. Irregular eating habits are big culprit.
3. Exercise daily on schedule.
4. Schedule your work hours.
5. Give time to family.
6. Weekends are for friends.
7. Enjoy lonesomeness. Do not go to amazon instead every now and then say once in a week go alone for couple of minutes and spend time with yourself.
8. Learn something new or read a book
9. Do small tasks more often, polish your shoes, iron your dress etc.
10. Be thankful to others. Say thanks to people who live and work with you.
