5 points to consider when starting Solopreneurship

A solopreneur is not an entrepreneur. Sorry being honest. A Solopreneur is entrepreneur in the making. So when starting a business SOLO you need to know many things. How many things and what exactly cannot be said in a page. Answers varies in accordance with circumstances. However, here are 5 things everyone should know when starting a business alone.

1. Market
Whatever you are supposed to do or sell, study its market size. Meet people, interact, know, since how long they are in this business. What they think, how will be market for the said business, product or service. If it will rise, go steady or fall.
2. Mentor
YOU WILL FAIL. Not only one, two or three times but many times. Do you know someone who will help you in downtime or when going for expansion. Ideally, mentors do not work for you, hiring a mentor is not cheap, also they are less available human commodity. Start searching right away till you find one.
3.Time
Doing business is 10 times more tiring than doing a job. You not get any salary. Plus you will need to multiply your work hours. If you are going Solo, you alone will be responsible for Marketing, Production and Sales.
4. Family
Everyone have a family. Even your childhood was spent on streets then too you have a family like relations with your friends. When you will multiply work hours, chances are you won't be able to interact with family members. Be open, tell your family and friends and ask for their consent. Mind It; everyone won't be happy with your decisions. Do not go against them indeed convince them. They are people who will come your rescue first.
5. Finances
Do you have sustainable funds for days to come. There is no guarantee how soon you will start making profits from business. It will need time, patience and good amount of work. If you have depends like parents and kids to look after then check THRICE for how long you would be able to sustain without making profits.
DO NOT COUNT ON BORROWING; IT WILL COST YOU A FORTUNE.

How to get quality traffic on a single page website that converts

Single page website? Not a bad idea. May be you want to sell your products online. You can not write too much as you are too busy in creating and modifying your product. And you need to travel a lot for promotions. Outsourcing could be one of the answer but if your budget is tight then hiring a freelancer may drain your money. And writing regular blog post would be tough. In such a situation one page website can serve the purpose. It will be easy to update especially if its cms based may be like wordpress for example. Its one page website with simple product picture, detailed description, ways to order and customer review. You are not tech savvy and don't want to invest too much on website's geeky things. I said quality traffic that converts and make your bank account numbers increase. After all you mean sales. Its a good idea that you want to focus on you...

Say yes for the sake of formality but when

Being informal is not a bad idea. Being hundred percent informal may break your business into pieces. Building a business requires to gather hundreds of bits and pieces. It takes sweat and build and unknowingly you break it when you are hundred percent informal. Being too much informal is sound rigid even if you don't mean then too a client, a customer, a support staff may consider you dominating or arrogant. Building a business requires partnerships not one but many. The legendary cricketer Sir SR Tendulkar has mentioned in many interviews, 'cricket is about partnerships and its not only cricket, life is about partnerships.'  Being realistic is fine but being too realistic can break that partnership that you have built over years. Relationship building is a task. And just for one small reason which may even be not reason you can break a beautiful partnership with a potential prospect. People in and around me are often happy in my company. Together we enjoy pretty good tim...
