The 3 Cs of being successful

Everyone want to be successful. Few strives to achieve success. When I see anyone working hard, I wish,  if I could be that person.
Inspirations are everywhere,  you need an eye to get inspired, learn and lead.
When I feel,  stressed,  consumed or exhausted,  I go streets and get new ideas.
An idea is like opium,  it gives you certain level of energy boost, you feel refreshed and can focus on doing things more responsibly.
Hoever,  that is the ground work. If you are not able to achieve a thing,  if you are not able to make that sales,  if you are not able to get into steady relationships,  IT'S YOU!!!
Nobody can achieve everything,  and everybody can achieve everything.  Doing anything needs loads of deep thoughts,  systematic strategy and energy to execute.
If you do not execute there is no question of loss or gain.  Execution leads to learning and gains and learning comes from obstacles.
Learn everyday a new thing,  read a book,  play a game,  make a friend,  watch nature,  learn new skills and doing all this will make a pathway to success.
Here are 3 Cs to success
1. Create.  Dare for it. When you try to create,  you are bound to fail. Remember,  how many times you fell from bicycle in good old days.  But you get up everytime and started riding again.  Today,  you can ride a Harley Davidson because you have learnt hard lessons of learning bicycle. One family friend who I used to call grandpa told me,  horseriders are prone to fell because they ride it,  but one who never try has no chance falling out of it. Heck,  I was sobing because I got low grade in school and oldy was preaching.  But this become a lifelong learning for me.
I am afraid of failures but afraid of trying. I don't know what is success I know learning but someone has well said SUCCESS IS THE HANGOVER OF FAILURES.
2. Convey.  Oh, wow,  you have created a great product.  Now it time to tell everyone,  word and mouth,  email,  phone,  a book,  tinder,  blog,  social media,  a business card.
Do not be shy of mentions.  Tell everyone what are you doing. Nothing is small,  do not shy.
The erstwhile Prime Minister of India Sri Rajiv Gandhi used a lot of radio frequency to tell people what he is doing.  I was kid then and used to listen him over radio.  His every speech was around doing a thing as far as I remember.  He was huge popular despite he was an introvert like Elon Musk.

However,  I fell he break the routine of telling people after few years, and perhaps this was also a reason for loss in election.  He was visionary.  Together with Sam Pitroda,  he made India communication free. The telecom industry and education and women empowerment sees a revolution during Rajiv Ji years as prime minister.  I was personal liking for him,  as he was labeled as youngest prime minister of India.
Conversation do nothing,  what matters is Optimize conversation.  People want to listen words those has meanings. What you are doing shall convey the message how your work can make a difference in others lives.
3. Convert. When a prospective customer comes your way,  never ask,  what he / she want to buy.  Even if you know this person may be a prospective buyer then too never hurry.  Make the conversation happen.  Give comfort,  people like to stay in comfort zone. You will make repeat sales and get many references.  You will be known for your product,  services and politeness. Success is when people give you a smile for nothing.  Earn smiles. The smiles you get,  the more successful you are.  There are no government taxes on keeping smiles.
