Facebook Introduces New Tabs For Trending News

Facebook is largest social media website. Except few everyone who uses a computer or mobile device is there. Personally I come to Facebook for reading feeds and sometime to chitchat with very new friends on invitation. Different people have different interests for obvious reasons. Trending topics go viral everywhere, but trending topics on Facebook are often discussed for many days.


World is not like before. Everyone is doing or trying to do something new and get known. The new century businesses are based on subscription model and not selling. News comes in different segment from everywhere.

Facebook is wonderful website from User Experience point of view. Till now Trending News were displayed on the top of the page along the right hand rail when you logged in. However, to make user experience better, now it introduces Trending News in Tabs

You can browse Trending News in Five Different Category inside your Facebook Account

Trending: All News

Trending: Politics

Trending: Science & Technology

Trending: Sports

Trending: Entertainment

Introduction of new Tabs means Facebook trying to ensure that users won’t need to look outside Facebook for interests based news and can begin Good Morning with Facebook Friends, Fans and Followers. It’s a sure win-win situation to those people who often start the day with a piece of news.
