What is SEO, Why SEO and What Not in SEO

What is SEO you can find millions of web pages across web. Here in this article i will try my best to give you some juice of my 10 years SEO experience.

SEO or Search Engine Optimization is overrated in past few years. Webmasters are in the rat race of earning quick bucks from affiliate programs either by choice or by compulsion and hence they are forced to try any hooks and crooks to keep site on top of search results.
Social Media sites like Facebook, Twitter has got momentum mainly because of SEO as one reason. Today there are CEOs and Work managers who appoints to wall posting on Facebook if you have 10000 friends. You are paid to post on forums and Social Media Marketing and Forum Posting are new job avenues.

After all SEO seems a must to-do list to everyone. Good SEO means good business. Meanwhile in the rat race of SEO so many times we tend to forget about content and context. In the content writing industry many numbers of times during work I came across curies when webmasters demands to write article on things like how to dump egg skin into bin?

Such demands arises to submit articles in article directories, they promise you huge empire at cheap prices, without bothering users interests. Today anyone and everyone in the industry is ready to write how to do a by pass surgery at home simply for the sake of SEO so his / her pharma business records more sell. This is the height of SEO when one is not even a pharmacist but writes around a surgeon’s task.

A solid example of overdoing SEO is, Google has stopped considering Mets Description and Meta Keywords for search engine ranking. These were the two html attributes where people were doing extra SEO. The bad site of overdoing SEO was users dissatisfaction from Google search results. Now Google only consider Meta Title Keywords and this make sense for users.

I am not against SEO; SEO is important for your site and to grow your business but how much?

In answer to this question I will say, Do Not Do Search Engine Optimization, Indeed Do Optimization.

Oftentimes for producing SEO rich urls web producers stuff unnecessary keywords within content, this invites users’ distraction. Optimization stands for selection of best elements and not all always. Content writers and editors are asked to stuff all related keywords in the content pages for the sake of SEO. When such content presented to user he turns into a confused audience instead of a fan of your website or blog.

Optimization is like doing your bed or cooking a meal. We all know how bad food taste when a little extra salt added to it. Same is with SEO, overdoing SEO means giving much importance to one feature and ignoring other.

For better optimization it important to give adequate focus to everything related to website content or blog.

Remember do not do search engine optimization rater do optimization.

OneUp Today: Using AI to Make Reddit Outreach More Targeted, Personal, and Measurable

For indie hackers and solopreneurs, finding early customers is often harder than building the product itself. Reddit can be a strong channel because it is full of niche communities where people openly discuss problems and ask for recommendations. The catch is scale. Manually scanning threads, writing thoughtful replies, following up in DMs, and tracking outcomes quickly turns into hours of daily work, and it is difficult to measure what is actually working. OneUp Today is a marketing automation platform built to reduce that manual workload while keeping the outreach human. It helps founders discover relevant conversations on Reddit, draft personalized responses and DMs in the founder’s own voice, and track what happens after someone clicks a link or replies. Why Reddit Works, and Why It’s Hard Unlike many ad platforms, Reddit is conversation-first. People show intent by describing their pain points in detail. That makes it valuable for early-stage products, es...
