Finally, I Got My Google Drive

Hi Folks, withing 24 hr time, since i submitted my requested to Google for my Google Drive, received an email stating Your Google Drive is Ready.


As soon I signed in on Google Home Page, an additional top bar was visible there as "Drive"


Upon clicking drive tab, it guided me to Google Docs where I found a button to Download Google Drive.

  • Downloading Google Drive is easy as 1,2,3;
  • Click on Download Google Drive.
  • Save it to a destination on your computer.
  • Now a file googledrivesyn will save on your computer.
  • Downloading is real fast not more than a minute in my case.
  • As soon download completes, click on google drive sync, and installation will begin.
  • As soon installation completes a Thank You window will pop out.
  • In a couple of seconds another window will appear, this will be Google Drive Sign In Page.
  • Sign in with your Google Account and Password and you will be greeted by the sync window.
  • You can choose to save all files upto 5GB in a Google Drive.
  • Also you can chose which files you really want to save in your Google Drive.
  • Any files that you will save from your computer will remain on your computer.
  • You can access your Google Drive Files from any supporting devices.
