Google Blogger is my den of productivity since years. My first blog attracted huge traffic for years. And do you know this traffic was coming from only one single page. I love to blog on blogspot because while Google Engineers work on blackened I can focus on one thing I love to do i.e. writing. Encrypted Secure connection was a big thing in the past but now its not a luxury. Google has rolled out https for custom domain for Indian bloggers. Encryption was available for Blogspot bloggers since years but not for those hosting a custom domain. Now its there.

Social networks take huge space over Internet.  Anyone can join any social media for work or passion. Today it's a big playground for creating connections and build human capital. Often there is confusion about social media selection.  People join many but enjoy none.  If you are a professional and thinking to select right social for you,  here I have tried to divide social media uses according to professions. GIT Hub: Do you know a computer language.  Go to GIT Hub. Write your code,  build programs that work for humans. Build connection with fellow GITans Pinterest: Good in colors and graphics. This is the social media for people who can create nice pictures. Instagram: Obsessed with phone camera or looking to make career in fashion and modeling or you have a design boutique,  show what you have on Instagram

Do you handle a team? Are you responsible to report someone? Chances are you are sending cc of every email to Boss. Stop doing it now. Instead send bcc Heck,  why they call it blank carbon copy. Indeed its boss carbon copy. Some team members may get uncomfortable when CEO is reading every email. This happened to me, suddenly a team member is losing her peace of mind. I am content consultant for a company and handling a small team. I repeatedly explained her whole procedure, she not followed. Now,  here, game turned ugly. She gave an explanation which was excuse because Boss is reading. I turned out heavy hand and she lost control. Lame excuses are definitely not Welcome but before marking a cc think twice. A bcc won't do any damage to transparency. I was asked by my CEO to mark cc of every email but from today it's bcc.
