Mergers and acquisitions are common in business world. To do business you need to join hands. Long back Hostgator was not in India, then it spread its wings and come to this geography. Hostgator is a trusted partner you can count on to buy a service or subscription. Its customer support was awesome, just raise one ticket and you are done. That was my experience with Hostgator in past.
Bigrock was a separate entity, I seen big rock adverts often but I was a Hostgator customer. It offers affiliate programmes too. But instead of chosing affiliate I recommended my customers always to chose Hostgator. Many people was like its costly and my simple reply was its Hostgator.
Now Hostgator India and Bigrock are not two but one. Who joined hands with whom and why I won't go and dig those details for now. But, now BigRock has bigger responsibilities in its hands. So, people like me, may be those are a fistful only can say, its Bigrock, it was Hostgator.
Nothing has changed for me, nothing has changed for you also. Both are Endurance services which is now called NewFold Digital and I hope they will standout as a service provider to each and every customer. This is my personal post and a way to express myself as a customer.
