Richard Branson announces unlimited holidays to Virgin's employees

Headline first appears to me via Entrepreneur.com. The Staff Writer EntMagazine, Geoff Weiss  in his news story opens this way:

 "If the 9-to-5 workweek is a paradigm of the past, then why do so many businesses still cling to outdated vacation policies? That is the question posed by Richard Branson in an excerpt from his new book, The Virgin Way, where the billionaire announces that staffers at Virgin’s U.S. and United Kingdom  headquarters will now receive unlimited vacation time -- provided, of course, that they get their work done."


 Amazing is thy name the Richard Branson, who dares to walk the walk on tough terrain. He is true to humanity. The Dynamo at 60+ is recharged as brand new. Hats Off Sir!

 Practice is not new to the business world. Many leading businesses, e.g. Netflix, Foursquare etc already followed this path, received accolades and criticisms. But you know there is a difference in doing something and doing some thing Branson way. So next time, you go to start a new task, know how to it. The Branson Way. The Your's Truly Way!

Single page website? Not a bad idea. May be you want to sell your products online. You can not write too much as you are too busy in creating and modifying your product. And you need to travel a lot for promotions. Outsourcing could be one of the answer but if your budget is tight then hiring a freelancer may drain your money.
