Richard Branson announces unlimited holidays to Virgin's employees

Headline first appears to me via Entrepreneur.com. The Staff Writer EntMagazine, Geoff Weiss  in his news story opens this way:

 "If the 9-to-5 workweek is a paradigm of the past, then why do so many businesses still cling to outdated vacation policies? That is the question posed by Richard Branson in an excerpt from his new book, The Virgin Way, where the billionaire announces that staffers at Virgin’s U.S. and United Kingdom  headquarters will now receive unlimited vacation time -- provided, of course, that they get their work done."


 Amazing is thy name the Richard Branson, who dares to walk the walk on tough terrain. He is true to humanity. The Dynamo at 60+ is recharged as brand new. Hats Off Sir!

 Practice is not new to the business world. Many leading businesses, e.g. Netflix, Foursquare etc already followed this path, received accolades and criticisms. I think you should not hire me to do work, you should not pay me for my efforts, you should not make me part of your project, business or team. Why, here are my reasons 1.
