Why you should proofread every email before pressing send button

They say,  first impression is the last. I would say every impression matters.
Let's understand it this way
You visited a tea shop,  got your beverage and drank it.
Wow,  this was so refreshing. Didn't you felt good? Didn't you told your friends? Didn't you think of to revisit the same tea shop again?
Of course you did.
Next you visited the same tea shop again hoping to buy some feel good factor over a cup of tea.
Sadly this time tea was cold,  no aroma and only added sugar.
How you felt?
Didn't you asked the tea vendor to change your cup?
Didn't you complained?
Of course you did.
Tea vendor changed your beverage too.
But are you likely to revisit the shop again?
Perhaps you are least likely to visit.
Same thing is true with you business emails and any any email.

A perfectly written email tells the reader about a perfect you.
An email with errors clearly shows either you do not know how to do things or bother least about others.
Why soomeone shall care for your business proposal when you can not take care for your own emails.  How someone can do business with a careless person.
When sending email,  proofread it from the top to bottom.
Make sure email address is correct
Subject line is catchy one and shows the purpose of it.
Email body is well crafted and you summed it up precisely.
Say more in less,  nobody will like to read a lengthy email and clumsy message which does not show a purpose.
If you are sending attachment clearly mention files name and purpose in the email body.
An error free email with precise message in it is a powerful marketing tool to get business and stay in it.
So,  next time when you draft an email,  do not forget to proofread it.

I am not yes boss person, I am straight forward, you like it or not who cares. 2. I am lazy. I don't like to carry my cell phone everywhere, it makes my weight some extra. 3. I am time waster. I take my own time to finish a task. I cannot work in hurry. 4. I am unavailable. I love my sleep. I  stay in silent zone. You need to fix time to speak on important stuff. And you should be available in given time. 5. I am not good friend. I won't tell your team where do I live. When I do party. What is my age? How much I earn. I don't want anyone to peep into my personal space. 6. I perform poorly. You are looking to make that thing so big, you are looking to beat an intel or google. I hate doing things which are done already. 7. I am mean. Perhaps you running this business for money. Sorry, my prices are high. 8....

I am sure, now your answer is a firm NO. Then why your website is still lying in those fixed frames? No matter how big your brand is, taking little care of your website every now and then will surely boost your business.
