Why CEOs should hear customer's voice

CEOs and Founders are busy professionals. Customer Care is not there job. That's why customer care staff is out there. Even there are Customer Care Companies to those companies outsource customer care Job. I have seen many small shops growing to company, from one man army expanding to team and then shutting down doors. I ran a blog successfully but later outsources it and its shut now. Outsourcing is not bad; if I speak against outsourcing and my employers read perhaps I would be first person to see the doors. Outsourcing for big companies is obvious and also when your tiny venture need continuous attention. I made my blog successful, but then my computer was never closed, it was part of my every moment. If you are an startup, a freelancer or someone looking to make something better, do not shy in outsourcing but be accessible to clients. If you are not accessible to customers, if you are thinking customer care is not your job or a Founder should not listen to complaints, you a

5 ways festive times can be used for networking

Born in family of  a farmer, I have seen many festival days over a year. To me festival means some elders will be invited over meal, may be one, ten or hundreds. My basic understanding about festival was when many grand parents from neighborhood will come to our home, priest will come to  offer prayers to God and then meal will be served. Kids will be asked to maintain silence or go in the open and play with aunts. Ah, those were the good old days. Those days taught me a lot specially discipline and respect to elders. Do not raise fights with other kids was also a norm. Very soon during my teens I realized we have many festival over the years. So for me best festive season were from Christmas to New Year; vacations, no homework, study what you want, when you want and enjoy crispy foods throughout the day. Crispy sweet delicacies were made specially during winters. I started living alone during teens and became part of Metro cities. In all big cities I observed Diwali is celebrated

How to write a blog post title?

Post title is something,  looking at which your audience will say, Yuck or Yeh. Yuck means a reader is feeling cheated by you and search engine, he is desperate,  furious,  and angry.  Next he will pick phone and dial yellow pages.  An Yeh means he will read your pages,  remember your website name and if he is kind enough will subscribe to your email list.  So,  how to write an 'yeh I get it' blog post title? 1. Include top primary keyword in your post title 2. Including a signal like how,  why,  top,  a number or a verb. 3. Relate your top keyword with signal 4. Add necessary adjectives.  5. Keep it free from punctuation  6. Review your post title.  7. Edit and keep it short and simple,  easy to understand by a 3rd grader.  Are you ready now.  Take your ass to work.

How many Quora answer shall I write daily

More answers means more popularity,  RIGHT ? I would say,  WRONG! If you are asking this question I am pretty sure you are looking for lead generation using Quora. More answers certainly get more links but not more leads. People want to meet expert who can solve their problem and not someone who create noise only. Experts speak less,  they do not speak till they cannot conclude a thing superbly. Speaking is one thing but systematic speaking comes with continuous learning,  systematic experiments,  deep thought process and willing to solve a problem. Solving a problem needs loads of mind work,  without rigorous mental work out you won't give away any answers that may solve a problem. Take example of Seth Godin,  he writes one blog post a day,  in very limited words and gives lots of learning. Sir Richard Branson,  LinkedIn Influencer, writes often,  he writes his own blog and sums up things beautifully. LeoNotenboom writes how to of Windows,  system and security.  His every

Richard Branson announces unlimited holidays to Virgin's employees

Headline first appears to me via Entrepreneur.com. The Staff Writer EntMagazine,  Geoff Weiss   in his news story opens this way: "If the 9-to-5 workweek is a paradigm of the past, then why do so many businesses still cling to outdated vacation policies? That is the question posed by Richard Branson in an excerpt from his new book, The Virgin Way, where the billionaire announces that staffers at Virgin’s U.S. and United Kingdom  headquarters will now receive unlimited vacation time -- provided, of course, that they get their work done."
